at the Franklin Twp. Cemetery, Cooper, IA.
Flossie Jolly Williams was born in Gallagher, West
Virginia on November 15, 1906. Mrs. Williams was a longtime resident
of Jefferson, Iowa. In recent years, she was a resident of the Long
Term Care Unit of the Greene County Medical Center.
Mrs. Williams was a professional seamstress, owning
a drapery business in Charleston, West Virginia, where she formerly
lived before moving to Iowa in 1952. She continued her vocation
locally, as well as in surrounding communities before retirement.
Mrs. Williams was predeceased by parents Amos and
Emmaline (Kirk) Totten; six sisters and one brother; husbands: Stellios
(Steve) Fragos, Stuart Bumpus and Tidevil Williams.
She leaves to cherish her memories: daughter Anna
and husband Samuel Morris of Port St. Lucie, Florida. She will be
greatly missed by three grandsons: Craig Arbuckle and wife Karen
of Washington, Iowa; Rick Arbuckle and wife Janet of Santa Ana,
California; Steve Arbuckle of South Pasadena, California; three
great-grandchildren: Kirk Arbuckle and wife Tammy of Den Moines,
Iowa; Amanda Arbuckle Kruetzer and husband David of Orlando, Florida
and Nash Arbuckle of South Pasadena, California. There many accomplishments
were a source of great joy for her.
