Date of Death: December 13, 2004 Services for Judy Brandenburg, 57, of Fort Dodge, will be 1:30pm Thursday December 16th at Slininger-Rossow Funeral Home in Jefferson, with interment at the Jefferson Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit with the family at Slininger-Rossow Funeral Home one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
Judith M. Brandenburg, 57, died December 13, 2004 at Trinity Regional Medical Center in Fort Dodge, Iowa after suffering a brief illness. Services will be at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, December 16 at Slininger-Rossow Funeral Home in Jefferson. The family will greet visitors at the funeral home one hour before the service. No other visitation is planned. Judith Brandenburg is survived by her mother, Thelma Brandenburg of Lehigh, Iowa; two brothers: Dennis of Clare, Iowa and Robert of Lehigh, Iowa; four sisters: Linda Tappe of Columbus, Ohio, Jolene Ostbloom of Des Moines, Iowa, Christine Brandenburg of Fort Dodge, Iowa and Julie Beaver of Olathe, Kansas. Also, Judith is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, John, and one niece. Judith was born on March 25, 1947 in Jefferson, Iowa. She was raised in the family home in Lehigh and in recent years resided at the Webster County Home and USA Health Care in Fort Dodge. Judith enjoyed her many friends at the nursing home and enjoyed word puzzles, bingo and crafts. She always had a bright smile and a big heart which she shared with her family and friends everyday.
