in Grand Junction after 11:00 am on Friday. Visitation with the
family is from 6:00-8:30pm Friday at St. Brigid Catholic Church,
Grand Junction, IA, with Vigil Service at 7:30 pm Friday at St.
Brigid Catholic Church, Grand Junction.

Pearl Cecelia Miller was born September 26, 1910
at Downer, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Otto Kelting and Elizabeth
Kluck Kelting. In 1924, Pearl moved to Webster City, Iowa where
she worked at Monarch Company.
On October 15, 1930 Pearl was married to Joseph
G. Miller at the Catholic Church in Webster City. The couple moved
to Grand Junction, Iowa and lived their entire married life there.
In 1957 they bought the Star Motel, which Pearl ran for many years.
She retired in 1980.
Pearl was a member of St. Brigid Catholic Church,
and the Altar Society. She belonged to the Stitch and Chatter Club
and the Brown Town Club.
In September of 1999, Pearl became a resident of
the Jefferson Manor. She died February 10, 2004 at the Greene County
Medical Center at the age of 93 years.
Pearl was preceded in death by her parents; her
husband who died in 1963; a son, Kenneth who died in 2003; and three
brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include 4 sons: Dale Miller of Yale,
IA, Ralph Miller of Grand Junction, IA; Gerald Miller of Kingsville,
TX; and Gayland Miller of Warwick, RI; 2 daughters: JoAnne Grow
of Moultrie, GA and Janice Bice of Perry, IA; 1 brother: Art Kelting
of Webster City, IA; 2 sisters: Jeanette Costellow and Irene Kazee,
both of CA; 18 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
