Logan Eugene McDowell, infant son of Jason and Michelle (Sloss) McDowell was born April 6, 2006 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.  He died the same day.

Graveside services are 11:00 am April 10, 2006 at the Rippey Cemetery, Rippey, Iowa.  

Survivors include his parents, his brother, Garret, and sister, Katelynn, all of Rippey, IA; grandparents: Molly and Kenny Schmidt of Jefferson, Rodney McDowell of Des Moines, Nyle Sloss of Rippey and Donna Sloss of Yale, and many other relatives.
