Memorial Service for Daniel Scott McCleeary, 49, of Jefferson will be 7:00 pm Friday, October 23, 2009 at Slininger-Rossow Funeral Home in Jefferson. Visitation will begin after 1:00 pm Friday at Slininger-Rossow Funeral Home with the family present to greet friends from 5 to 7 pm prior to the service.

Daniel is survived by his children Jeremy McCleeary of Pleasant Hill, IA, Tasha (Dumisani) Kazeze of Pleasant Hill, IA, Shane (Ann) McCleeary of Guthrie Center, IA and Jordan McCleeary of Battle Ground, Washington; his parents Donald “Butch” McCleeary of Milwaukie, Oregon and Mary Jane “Jeni” Horton of San Jacinto, California; brothers: Mark (Kathy) McCleeary of Los Gatos, California, Dennis (Tina) McCleeary of Golden Valley, California; Sisters: Julie Youmans of San Marcos, California and Robin Morton of Whittier, California; Mother-of-children: Karen McCleeary of Des Moines, Iowa and Fiancé Deb Garrett of Jefferson.
