Funeral Services for L. Dale Black, 76, of Jefferson, Iowa will be 11:00 am Saturday, January 30, 2010 at the First United Methodist Church in Jefferson, Iowa.  Visitation will be after 12:00 pm Friday, at the First United Methodist Church in Jefferson with the family present to greet friends from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  Cremation will follow the service and interment will take place at a later date.  Slininger-Rossow Funeral Home in Jefferson is in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his wife Elnor of Jefferson; his sons Clayton (Deb) Black of Casper, Wyoming, Kevin (Becky) Black of Orlando, Florida; his daughter Ronda (Jeff) Baker of Scranton, Iowa; his grandchildren Justin and Kyle Baker of Scranton, Iowa, and Samantha, Jacob, Alex and Nicole Black of Orlando, Florida.
