Mass of Christian Burial for Edward Tiffany, 73, will be 10AM Wednesday April 16, 2008 at St. Brigid Catholic Church, Grand Junction; burial in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Grand Junction.

Visitation with the family will be prior to the service at the church; beginning at 9AM.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Iowa Hospice.

Edward Eugene Tiffany was born in rural Greene County on May 17th, 1934 to James Albinus Tiffany and Elizabeth Flanagan Tiffany.  He attended country school and St. Mary’s Academy.  He graduated from Dana High School. 

Ed worked in Milwaukee after graduation and then entered the Army in 1955 for two years.  After being discharged, he farmed with his dad for a couple of years.  Ed worked in retail sales until he retired in 2005 due to poor health.  His joys in life were his nieces and nephews.

He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and St Brigid’s Catholic Church in Grand Junction.

Edward E. Tiffany died on April 12, 2008 at Regency Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Jefferson.  He was 73 years of age. Ed was preceded in death by his parents and brother- in- law.  He is survived by his sister, Eleanor Krieger, nieces Susan (John) Hoguieson, Teresa (Dale) Crouse, Regina (Jeff) Thorpe, and nephew Roger (Rhonda) Krieger, 8 great nieces and nephews, and 3 great- great nephews.
